My Alienz in the Making

Back in the early days when I joined Pandemic, I was more of a star wars fan, Shame on me!!! Well, everyone started making their own DAH inspired characters, so I wanted one. This is the somewhat accurate yet not completely accurate biography of how my Characters came to be.

We'll start with my brain child, Sarko.

Thats when Sarko was born. Like any other high strung DAH obsessed fan, I wanted to find a disease name. Well it came to me, my mom had a lung disease called Sarcoidosis, but I ended up misspelling it, and ended up with Sarko. Sarko was originally supposed to be a high ranking war hero, whom was also Pox's grandpa. Well, until recently. I created a whole new Alien Race called The Anubians, which is my main Race, and gave Sarko a full name, Sarko Cardinal Dosis. Sarko is mature like Pox, and very noble, yet he can be cocky and have an attitude like Crypto's. He always wants to do the right thing.

Later, being jealous because Lee had several characters, I decided to expand. I created a colleague for Sarko named Celia. Celia's name too came from a disease my mom had, cellulites, however this ended up being changed later. One old concept of Celia was that she was supposed to turn on Sarko because of greed, but it was quickly scrapped. I over some time, found a background for her. Sarko was originally meant to find her orphaned during the war and raise her as his daughter, and then appoint her as his second in command.. However, seeing as how they weren't really that far apart age wise, her and Sarko eventually in an RP formed a love relationship. Celia was supposed to be a serious yet laid back girl, but over time, she developed a preppy personality, her main stay is shopping and fashion.

Seeing as how I had two good guys, I realized I needed a bad guy... or girl. In stepped Sal. Sal, being a bad guy, was named after a particularly notorious disease...Salmonella. Like Sarko and Celia, her disease name no longer applies to her. She was designed to be Sarko's evil sister. I realized that I didn't want her to be just another character, so I decided that her own plan for revenge against Sarko for her banishment would nearly destroy her, and made her into a cyborg. Shes, you may say deranged, she's completely overtaken by her bad past and all she wants to do is kill Sarko, or ruin his life by killing Celia. Like any other villain, she always fails.

I wanted to have a type of Mystical person to assist Sarko, So I came up with Chlora Nova. She was meant to be based off of The Gypsy Esmeralda from Disney's Hunchback, but over time, she became more like Tia Dalma from Pirates of the Caribbean. She was originally a sensitive goddess trapped in Furon form as a Gypsy, after Arkvoodle did it to her. Later I change her from being Furon, but kept true to her original character, made her more of a helpful person, who is always there for Sarko if he needs something. She also turned out to be Sarko's tutor after he crashed on Ayelanwee, the planet she was exiled on. Over time, she was given a nickname, Chlora.

Since I had a character based of Esmeralda, naturally, I wanted a villain based off Frollo, well at the time, I also was jealous of Lee for having a highly developed alien race. I then Created the Rouges, living breathing Furon (later Anubian) Skeletons, which could think, see, and eat. My main character for them was a priest named Necromancer, whom saw Chlora as an abomination and an unholy witch. Being corrupt, and a hormonally driven pervert, he vowed that if he could not have the beautiful Chlora for himself, no one could, and she would die. Necro as he has called for short, is old, and even though he is a priest, practices dark magic. He, along with the other rouge priests, carry a reliquary full of spiritual power. I wanted one of my villains to have some reference to Rasputin from Anastasia, so I gave it to Necro and the rouge priests.

One day, I was sitting in the bathroom, daydreaming, when it hit me. It would be awsome to have a Furon Mafia Leader. Well, I named him Merick, and based about 90% of him off of things in Yu-gi-oh. His name came from the Yu-gi-oh Battle City Tornament villain, Marik, and his coat design was based off of Seto Kaiba. Merick was originally meant to be a cruel, sinister, unforgiving, mercilessly twisted criminal, and for sometime it was like that. However, the further I began to go with him, I decided to give him and actually background. I gave him a late family, and a good past. Then I settled it when Merick's family tragically died, and I set that as the reason for Merick's cruelty. Merick is my most commonly used villain at the moment, with regal appearances by the others.

One day, I had the urge to expand my Rouge characters a little more, well, in came another baddy, Another Rouge, in tie with Necro, named Jubeln Riss, his name is made of 2 German words, which have absolutely no relevance to his character. He was a warlock, whom I based off several characters, including one from an aold game that you could access by playing the Monster House game, whom was heavily religious and followed Necro's beliefs passionately. He believed both Sarko and his tutor, Chlora, were abominations, and set off to kill them, but, brave little Sarko managed to foil him. Though dead, he was so set on pleasing Necro, he came back to life sometime later, and tirelessly and ravenously is hunting Sarko.

I realized very soon that I had too many Alien Characters, so, I created a human to help with Sarko's troubles on Earth. Well, in came Dr. Cobbletreevonberryschnitzelhausen. The very long, funny, and ridiculous name actually came from a social studies assignment in the 7th grade. We were acting out a trial for the big bad wolf, and one of the witnesses was an eccentric scientist called Dr. Cobbletreevonberryschnitzelhausen, and the name stuck with me ever since. I then gave him a wife, which he tried to create himself, but after an accident, she turned out as a walking talking mountain lion. In beside Dr. Cobbletree as he's called for short, stepped Puma. These two were meant to be a type of comical relief. They do love each other, but spend a lot of time arguing. Dr. Cobbletree is a bit of a klutz, and is very accident prone. He's a really old and crotchety guy, but don't let that fool you, he's very agile and can hold his own in a fight, and he's very grouchy. He has a personality similar to Eustace's off Courage the Cowardly dog, and seeing as how I liked that show, I modeled Dr. Cobbletree's personality after Eustace. Puma on the other hand is more laid back, and usually is the one catching Dr. Cobbletree after his clumsy old crotchety attitude trips him up. She's kind of droll, really serious, laid back, with a sarcastic attitude, and usually insults Dr. Cobbletree behind his back, or even to his face, but she knows when and how to kick back and have fun, like when she isn't around her husband. X3

Soon after playing Kingdom Hearts II, and getting hooked on the Dark Crystal, I was further inspired. I created a group of 7 soulless Furons(Later Anubians) who sought to be whole and normal. They were Urubos(the Leader) Durabos(The General) Intebos(The Scientist) Neurobos(The Doctor, Ritual Master) Angabos(The cautious Strategist, Map maker, and Time keeper) Ikthabos(The Janitor, Plumber, and Engineer/Technician) and Defrabos(The Dungeon Master, Torture Master, and Executioner), can ya see how they relate? Together, they formed Organization U. After I made them, I needed minions for them, but mainly an army for Durabos. So I based a group of creatures called husks, off of the Nobodies in Kingdom Hearts 2, and a particular type of husk, from a type of Genma creature seen in one of the opening scenes for Onimusha 3 Demon Seige.

After I created the Anubians with the help of my friend Taisa, it was obviously relevant that I create characters that were Anubian. First came Shidori, a wise man with an Asian look, based off the Kung Fu master in Path of the Furon. He is known to be a good natured and happy spirited old man, with a love for life and the beauty of nature. He's as you guessed, skilled in Kung Fu, though he may be good natured, he's not afraid to go into kick some ass mode.

One day I thought about The Gruton Emperor, and said Anubian needs a Leader. Then I thought of Sutra. For her young age, She is very mature and Serious. A great leader, with a good heart, who if needed, could summon vast amounts of spiritual energy, and giver her the ability to destroy anything that's breakable. She's very kind and gentle,and cares very much for her people, and is very trusting of her palace workers.

I wanted to come up with a little helper for Sutra, kinda like a bookworm. Well, Every leader needs a little help every now and then, right? Thats where Luzar comes in. Luzar is Sutra's personal assistant, kind of like a living PDA. He follows Sutra everywhere, keeping track of what she tells him to on his trusty holo-clipboard. Luzar is very short, he wears special glasses, which double as little TV/Computer screens, he can always tell what the weather will be. He's an uppity kind of person, cheerful and always full of energy. Though he is tiny in size, he is a skilled fighter, and packs a big wallop, he could kick your ass if he wanted to.

Some time ago, I realized all my characters were based off white people. I then decided I wanted a character based off a large country black woman, because I like the way they talk, and their accents. I also realized that Celia's background was really shallow. Well, while studying songbirds in Natural Wildlife Sciences, I got the name for my character. Magpie Chickadee. I decided it wasn't enough, so a gave her a country based surname, Mama Magpie Chickadee, and a nickname, Maggie. Magpie was designed to be a sort of, grandma-like character to Celia, though she had no known direct relationship to Celia, and a large Family Friend of Celia's, who owned a tiny country style restaurant. Magpie got her surname, surprisingly, from her cooking abilities. I wanted Maggie to be a good cook, so it was decided for her customers to utter a regular, and favorite saying of mine, “Just like mother used to make,” because my mom was also a great cook before she became crippled, like my cousins all used to say, “You're pretty damn stupid if you don't like Dorothy's cooking.” So my mother also played a part in creating Maggie, but, believe it or not, so did my bus driver. My driver, Polie, is as country as they come, a regular Redneck Woman, she always had that cocky attitude, and she could keep the kids in line, yet still be awsome. So I decided to integrate some of Miss Polie's personality into Maggie as well.

Jafar is one of my favorite villains ever, so I wanted to have a character like him. Out popped the Idea for Xaphir. I wanted him to have a name that reflected his Arabic title, and hinted his evil personality, so a chose a strong yet smooth flowing word, Xaphir. I gave Xaphir the title of Vizier, like Jafar, and gave him the dress sense of a Vizier. Well, at the time, I had become very interested in Jackie Chan Adventures, and wanted something in relation to the 12 Talismans of Shendu. I decided to create the Amulets of Drumau, each possessing a power of a certain talisman, with the exception of the Tiger Talisman. I then made these the artifacts that Xaphir would seek out, in order to gain power and take Anubia for himself. Xaphir, although evil, acts kind and generous. Everyone in the palace trusts his judgment, especially Sutra, since he's the royal vizier. You could say he's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Most recently, I realized  had created had human to help Sarko, but no humans to pose a threat to Sarko. Well, I took a look at Ghost and N.I.M, and thought I would make an agency. I first came up with the name for the Agency, the Agency of Paranormal Investigation. Next, I needed their leader. I came up with a scientist/detective person, which I named Salazar Lasakahno. I wanted the agency to have a good reason to pose a threat to Sarko, so I came up with a back plot. Salazar wants to capture a real paranormal occurrence, and collect a large bounty, but not before poking around the entities' innards first. Once I had that down, all I needed was to introduce him
