Literature Text

After weeks into the search for pupils to carry on my work, I have decided to take a break from my labors and check on my people.

I have left the confines of the ever growing Erussii, and gone to a small, out-of-the-way town in the countryside. While all my people are important to me, these people provide example of what I cherrish. What I work to save.

I entered the community, and was greeted with smiles. The aroma of freshly cooked, homemade meals filled the air. Everyone was moving about, tending to their daily chores and erands. Children were at play. Domesticated creatures trotted about, some smiling as much as their owners. Not even a day in this town, and I feel at home. At peace.

But the kicker was when I went to visit Walter and Dorothy Heckel at their home on the lakeshore. Walter greeted me with a firm handshake. Dorothy with a warming hug. There was the aroma of a freshly baked Heckelberry pie in the air.

That evening, we sat around their dining table, enjoying Heckelberry pie for hours. We then entertained ourselves with storytelling, as well as song and dance.

As I sit here in the candlelight, I now realise that in order to preserve the people, I must take action. Tomorrow I continue my search for followers.

I shall travel the globe if I must. And once I have found them, I shall set in motion the events to come.

I am considering asking Walter and Dorothy. Though I probably wont. To drag them away from paradise in their golden years, it would be wrong. I'll find them when the time comes.

I have faith.
The Book of the Prophets. This book served as a diary or journal for Drumau, prophet of the Anubian Faith. Now, the book itself serves as the holy text for all Anubians. This is what Drumau wrote on Page 9.

While most Anubians today still follow their faith, their faith is very hollow. While they believe, they never read their holy text, and only few take the time to pray or interact with priests.

As such, the book now sits behind protective glass in a museum, so the only thing one can do, is judge it by it's cover.
